As the president of H2 Development Group, Kevin Hawk is most proud of building a tight-knit, family-like team.

“Together, we recently completed a 16-unit subdivision and broke ground on a 17-unit condominium project,” he said. “These achievements required extensive effort and coordination from everyone involved, and I couldn’t be prouder to see it all coming together successfully.”

He shared that being able to redevelop underutilized areas and maximize land value by constructing quality homes and apartments has benefited Idaho immensely.

Hawk said, “By focusing on thoughtful development, we’re providing desirable living spaces that enhance communities and meet the housing needs of residents.”

Hawk said that the real estate industry requires the ability to evolve and adapt and success depends on staying proactive.

“My team and I pride ourselves on our strong work ethic and our ability to anticipate and address potential challenges before they become obstacles,” he explained.

If he wasn’t working in land development, Hawk said that he might pursue a career as a holistic doctor.

“I find the idea of helping people live healthier, longer lives incredibly rewarding,” he said.

For now, he is doing his part to encourage people’s happiness by helping them find a place to call home.

He said, “We’ve built a robust pipeline of projects for the next several years, and I’m excited to keep making a positive impact on our communities by redeveloping infill sites and optimizing land use for future generations.”
