Rewards can come with risks, but consistency is key for many companies doing business in Idaho and the greater Boise region.
Idaho Business Review’s Top Companies in Treasure Valley has been honoring those companies doing their best and working at the top of their game for several years and 2026 is no different.
Working in partnership with Best Companies Group, the Top Companies program highlights employers throughout the Treasure Valley region that provide a stellar work culture where employees can thrive and make a difference.
Thirteen companies in three categories have been selected as finalists and three will be chosen as the Top Companies for small, medium and large businesses. Honorees will be announced at the Top Companies in the Treasure Valley awards event on May 12 from 3-5 p.m. at Boise Centre East in downtown Boise. The event is sponsored by St. Luke’s Health Plan and Boise Centre.
Cindy Suffa, publisher of Idaho Business Review, stated that the finalists for Top Companies in Treasure Valley are determined using a process that is comprised of a two-part survey. That survey is facilitated by Best Companies Group and is subject to employee and employer participation.
“Every year, our honors illustrate the best that this region has to offer in the way of employers,” Suffa said. “I’m excited to honor this year’s Top Companies in Treasure Valley winners at the awards reception, which is presented by St. Luke’s Health Plan,” Suffa said.
Top Companies in Treasure Valley is open to private and public companies, either nonprofit or for profit. To be eligible for consideration, companies must have 15 or more employees and have been in business for a minimum of one year.
