Blue Cross hires marketing executive
Dave Jeppesen joins Blue Cross of Idaho as senior vice president of marketing and communications. He will oversee Blue Cross of Idaho’s corporate communications and be responsible for corporate advertising, public relations and consumer initiatives.
Jeppesen worked as an international independent marketing consultant from 2009 to 2012 for clients in the United States, Australia and Europe. He was chief marketing officer at Barclays Bank in the United Kingdom from 2007 to 2009. He worked at Capital One Financial Corporation from 1995 to 2007, serving as vice president of direct marketing and senior vice president, deputy chief risk officer.
Jeppesen earned his Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Idaho State University and his Master’s in applied statistics from Ohio State University.
