Valley Wide funds farm-to-school initiative at Salmon schools

Valley Wide Cooperative has donated $2,000 to the Salmon School Garden Project. The program aims to teach students the art and science of growing and preparing nutritious food and the importance of sustainable agriculture.

The Valley Wide donation will help develop aa school-based garden and corresponding Farm-to-School program that will be fully integrated into the Salmon School District’s long-term learning environment.
