KeyBank donated $20,000 to fund programming for The Salvations Army’s Booth Marian Pritchett School program, the only school of its kind that serves pregnant and parenting teens in the Treasure Valley.
The Salvation Army program started in 1921 and since then more than 10,000 pregnant and parenting teens have been helped by the program. More than 95 percent of graduates continue their education in post-secondary educational programs.
The donation was given as part of KeyBank’s Neighbors Make The Difference Day May 25. In addition to the monetary contribution, employees from KeyBank spent a day of service volunteering at the school.
