Ron Rupocinski joins Zeppole Baking Company as director of bakery operations

Ron Rupocinski has joined Zeppole Baking Company as director of bakery operations, a new position created due to the company’s expanding product line. Rupocinski has 30 years of experience in bakery and menu development. He was corporate chef with Krispy Kreme for 15 years and has owned his own café/bakery in California.

Rupocinski is a member of the Research Chef Association and holds a degree in culinary arts science as well as certifications through the American Institute of Baking.

  1. I haven’t ever tried Zeppole breads, but if the guy that helped to create all those wonderful KK donuts, I can’t wait to check out this bread.
