Adriana DalSoglio – Global Director of Services Product Management – HP Inc.

Adriana Mendoza DalSoglio’s career in the tech and product management field initially began with her secondary education at Eastern Oregon University where she completed both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration. Her professional work started out with the U.S. Forest Service in 2004, when she began work as a contracting officer before she moved on to Fisher’s Technology in 2010 to serve as a manager in IT/MPS Services Contracts.

Eventually in 2015, DalSoglio began working at HP Inc. as a global multivendor partnerships manager where she oversaw print services. Over the next several years, she would continue to work at HP Inc. while moving into other roles such as senior manager of global product management excellence and product launch for PS Services from 2019 to 2021. Throughout her time at HP Inc., DalSoglio has had a proven track record of success and brings a passion for driving diversity, equity and inclusion into the tech industry.

Currently, she serves as Global Director of services product management. In her current role, DalSoglio has been able to lead cross-functional teams, address complicated problems with her creativity, and has established herself as a leader in the company. She is the driving force behind many things including roadmap development, product strategy and profitability analysis. Her colleagues note that she is dedicated to innovation and that her experience in product management has solidified her expertise in her field – including certification in ITIL Foundations and Change Management.

“I had a personal goal of becoming a Director at HP before the age of 40 which I accomplished at the age of 37. What is even more meaningful is that I made history as the first Latina director at the HP Boise site, something I had no idea I accomplished until after the fact,” DalSoglio said. “Representation matters, and it is so meaningful to be a trailblazer and represent my culture and heritage as a visible leader on my site.”

DalSoglio notes that her parents have been extremely influential in her life. “My parents recently celebrated 51 years of marriage and are the most important influences of my life when it comes to raising my family and giving back to the community,” DalSoglio said. “They instilled in me a deep sense of family, work ethic, lifelong learning and a passion for ensuring access to education.”

DalSoglio’s passion for giving back to her community is easy to see. She actively offers mentoring and sponsorship. She is involved in many organizations including the HP Boise Women’s Impact Network and Multi-Cultural Impact Network, of which she has been a group member since 2015. Other areas of her civic involvement include holding membership with the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and serving on the EOU Foundation Board of Directors as a board member since 2023. She also previously served on the EOU Alumni Board of Directors in several roles and on the Oregon State Board of Higher Education, further displaying her passion for education.
