As the owner of Do Work Realty and partner and vice president at Amherst Madison Real Estate Advisors, as well as through his contributions to Boise Regional REALTORS, Jeff Wills has established himself as a vital leader and mentor within the Idaho community.

An Idaho native, Wills grew up in Kuna and spent time in Portugal, where he became fluent in Portuguese. He attended the University of Idaho and Boise State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication.

After beginning his real estate career at CBH Homes, where he said he “learned the art” of selling new construction, Wills now specializes in all areas of residential real estate. He said he has developed a “powerful network of business allies” that he’s able to leverage for the benefit of his clients.

Wills was named Top Producer for nine consecutive years at Amherst Madison — closing $22 million in 2020 alone — and in 2021, he was president of Boise Regional REALTORS. He said he has a passion for the process of helping buyers refine their dreams to accomplish home ownership, and that he leads sellers successfully through the pitfalls of selling.

The opportunities Wills has had to live in Europe, Texas and Southern California have reaffirmed his love for Treasure Valley, where he gets to enjoy all the activities and beauty the Boise area has to offer, he said. He also said he values the opportunity Idaho has provided him and his wife to raise their three children in a safe community environment.
