Matt Bauscher – Residential Real Estate – Power List

Owner of Bauscher Real Estate and founding partner at Amherst Madison Real Estate Advisors, Matt Bauscher has been the company’s top producer since 2014 — selling more houses and overall volume in 2021 than any realtor in Idaho.
As the youngest real estate agent in the state’s history to sell more than 100 properties a year for six consecutive years, Bauscher brings the words “successful” and “consistent” in residential real estate to a new level. Ranked by The Wall Street Journal as one of America’s top 100 real estate agents, he was also voted #1 real estate agent in the Boise area.
In just seven years, Bauscher has helped owner Nick Schlekeway grow the Amherst Madison brokerage to record numbers — making the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest- growing companies three years in a row and selling over $1.2 billion in 2021 alone.
Born and raised in Treasure Valley — where he lives today with his wife Lindsay and two children — Bauscher received his master’s degree from Concordia University and bachelor’s degree from Boise State University, where he was a team captain on the basketball team. He then went on to play basketball professionally in Europe for six years.
Through his years of marriage, basketball and real estate, Bauscher learned to prioritize building personal relationships and providing great client experiences. His clients sense his passion, gravitating toward him.
