As workspaces continue to evolve, one international company is expanding its presence in Idaho to give employers and staff more options.

International Workplace Group recently announced the opening of four new locations throughout the state for a co-workspace option ― one in Boise, one in Meridian, one in Twin Falls and one in Eagle.

The Boise and Meridian locations are currently open, while Twin Falls is slated to open in the third quarter of 2025 and the Eagle location has an anticipated opening of the fourth quarter.

IWG was founded more than 30 years ago in Brussels and has since opened hybrid workspaces in more than 120 countries with more than 4,000 locations.

The Boise workspace is located at 300 E. Ballard Drive, while the Meridian space is at 943 W. Overland Road. In Twin Falls, the workspace will be at 160 Main Avenue South, and the Eagle location will be 500 E. Shore Drive.

The spaces include coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms and creative spaces. IWG enters into agreements with the building owners to offer the hubs, and the four new locations will add to the three existing spaces already in Idaho.

According to IWG, the new locations are part of its goal “to meet the sharply rising demand for top-class flexible working space in the state. By bringing high-quality office space to suburban and rural areas in Idaho, International Workplace Group is enabling local people to experience living in a ‘15-minute’ city, allowing employees to work close to their homes without commuting far from where they live.”

Startups and established companies will be able to benefit from the workspace options, with the ability to design their own office space.

“We are continuing to expand our footprint in Idaho with these latest openings,” said Mark Dixon, the founder and CEO of IWG. “An important business hub, Idaho is a great place for us to boost our expansion plans as the need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal.”

Dixon noted that workers who have options are more productive and satisfied.

“Our openings in Idaho come at a time when more and more companies are discovering that flexible working boosts employee happiness and satisfaction while helping the environment,” he said. “Our workplace model is also proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs.”
