KeyBank recently made a $10,000 donation to Full Circle Exchange in support of the organization’s Job Readiness Training program, which provides a holistic approach to self-sufficiency in a safe, supportive environment.

Full Circle Exchange addresses the issues of chronic unemployment, recidivism, cultural barriers, and welfare dependency by providing women refugees and women in transition the stepping stones to self-sufficiency. The goal is to stabilize the lives of the enrolled women, providing them with the confidence, job and life skills needed to move into sustainable, living-wage employment.
