The teens from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County participated in an annual raft trip with officers from the Garden City Police Department. After meeting the police officers for pizza, courtesy of Idaho Pizza Company, the group headed up Highway 55 to raft the middle fork of the Payette River.
The Club plans to continue taking its members rafting in the future. “We are very fortunate to work with Idaho Pizza Company, as well The Garden City Police Department to provide this opportunity for our teens,” said Ashlea Yensen, unit director of the Moseley Center in Ada County.
