Tom Barlow has joined Idaho Independent Bank as a real estate loan officer in the bank’s Coeur d’Alene branch. Barlow specializes in residential loans. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education and English.

Marty Behm

Marty Behm has joined IIB as vice president and branch regional manager for the bank’s inland northwest branches. Behm will oversee and direct activities of the Coeur d’Alene and Hayden branches, as well as lead marketing, business development, and community involvement efforts. Behm has 37 years of banking experience.. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of Idaho and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
