Chief executive officer. President. Executive director. Boss. Boss-man. Boss-lady.
No matter what term you choose to use, leaders go by many different titles and come in many different forms. Effective leaders always tout teamwork, taking accountability and lead by example.
It’s not difficult to find those types of leaders in Idaho. That’s why the CEO of Influence awards have continued for several years. Successful organizations are carried by their teams, and held up by their leadership, and Idaho Business Review recognizes those leaders and their efforts.
This year’s group of honorees is no different, but they are all definitely unique, even Co-CEOs Callie and Jos Zamzow. The two may run the well-known home and garden business together, but their individual approaches to leadership are as unique as they are.
Take also for example the 2026 Link of Distinction honoree Rebecca Hupp, director of Boise Airport. She approaches her work with passion and precision, thoughtfulness and care. She has a humble yet professional air about her when speaking about her four decades in airport management.
Yet, when others speak about her, they use words like “genuine,” “extraordinary” and “exemplary.”
That’s exactly the leadership we invite you to celebrate with us in reading through the following pages of CEO of Influence 2026.
